How do I place an order?

Is it safe to order online?

🚚 Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Heavy items such as car lifts and tyre changers are delivered via specialist freight and may take up to 7 working days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — all orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery at all times.

Do you deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Islands?

We deliver to mainland UK. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may incur an additional surcharge. Please contact us before ordering for a delivery quote.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

All orders are fully insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged please note it on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do car lifts require professional installation?

Car lifts should be installed by a competent person following the manufacturer instructions. We recommend having a qualified electrician connect the power supply. Full installation guides are included with every lift.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to arrange collection.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us by email at info@truecutmachines.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Who pays for return delivery?

If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange and cover the cost of collection. For change of mind returns the customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
